Sustainability
We hold certifications such as OEKO-TEX Standard 100, RWS, and GRS, demonstrating our commitment to environmental protection. Our factory actively pursues eco-labels and innovative green manufacturing processes, consistently striving to drive forward sustainability initiatives. Through collaboration with laboratories, we continuously research and develop greener processes, dedicating ourselves wholeheartedly to environmental conservation.
Beyond manufacturing processes, our materials selection emphasizes numerous eco-friendly options, including recycled polyester and recycled nylon as foundational materials, along with bio-based and biodegradable products. We even go a step further by using yarns made from wasted crops to produce fabrics.
Eco-Friendly Dyeing Process
By subjecting fabric surfaces to continuous air plasma impact and enhancing hydrophilic characteristics, we improve the adhesion of chemicals, increasing dyeing efficiency. This, in turn, enhances wash fastness and aids in removing surface chemical agents from fabrics.
-Continuous air plasma treatment of the fabric enhances desizing rates to over 90%, improving dyeing efficiency.
-The process increases the hydrophilic nature of the fiber surface, boosting functional wash cycles by 50%.
-Continuous air plasma removes existing chemical agents from the fabric, allowing for the reprocessing of 50% of failed inventory.
Through these steps, we reduce environmental pollution in the dyeing process and minimize the use of chemical agents.
Additionally, as a satellite factory for Lenzing, we maintain a stable and collaborative relationship with Lenzing. We utilize a variety of biodegradable yarns to create fabrics, constantly experimenting with new materials, working towards making the textile industry a more environmentally friendly sector.
